If you are building a big company, success starts with your team. Finding/retaining the right people is so hard.

He needed someway to weed out any employees who are in the job just for the money.

Here’s what he did:
He started to offer his employees $2000 if they wanted to quit.

There is one key question to ask potential hires to weed out unsuitable ones in the very beginning.
It is to ask if they can give you specific instances where they have gone above and beyond their previous job description.
Specific instances will help you know that they care more about their job than just doing the bare minimum.

“Give me specific instances” – this is also my favorite question to ask potential hires. It has changed everything for me :).
