Example – In the ad leading to the chatbot he writes:
“Want me to create a great landing page for your business?
Click this link and type: “landing” in the chat”
That way, when people will chat with your bot, they’ll know they can use this keyword. And you can program the bot to respond to it with an appropriate answer.
Result: a 35% conversion rate from clicks to leads = (double the performance of his landing pages) + cheaper clicks to the bot.
