I‘ve read so many studies that webinars increase sales that I decided to test them.
I recorded 2 webinars, scheduled 2 sales funnels, and … here are the key takeaways I managed to uncover:
1. Not many people love to watch video.
Actually less than 10% click “watch video” (even though this is a big image at the top of my emails).
I saw this effect in my second email community as well.
2. If people don‘t click the link, they don‘t get value and they don‘t watch my sales pitch = they don’t buy.
3. So I decided to add video transcript (with a sales pitch) below the link to my webinars.
Boom!
My sales increased by 150%!
(60% of my customers buy without watching a video – they prefer to read)
