What would you do if you had a cohort of inactive subscribers who hadn’t been seen in over 7 months?

Venngage didn’t know what to do either.

Until they tested a new approach and managed to:

1. Reactivate 9% of their inactive users.

2. Convert 3% to paid plans!

What did they do?

1. Brainstorm webinar ideas and chose a topic that was broad enough to attract their target audience, while still being related to their core offering (an infographic maker).

2. They discovered a suitable topic – virality. And showed the value of their product from a new angle.

3. They invited all inactive subscribers and churned customers to the webinar.

Tada! 9% of them reactivated and 3% converted to paid plans.
