550K case: Make an influencer share you

Influencers don’t just share anybody’s stuff. They ignore these requests and
blacklist the senders.

Unless you follow this killer tactic that allowed this guy Ross to make an influencer (550K followers) share his stuff.

Here’s what he did:

1. He found a popular YouTube video made by an influencer.

2. He transcribed that video.

3. He tweeted the author, “Hey Matt we made a transcript of your video
in case people prefer that format: [a link to the article]”

4. Matt replied: “thanks for writing up the transcript at [a link to the
article]. Mind if I upload that transcript to the YouTube video?”
